One of the most powerful feelings you can have is the feeling of absolute gratitude.

If you’ve been following me for a while now, you will know that this is one of the things that I keep expounding on.

Why gratitude?

Gratitude is a powerful emotion that can transform our lives in profound ways. It is the act of being thankful and appreciative for the good things in our lives, no matter how small or big they may be. Cultivating gratitude can bring about numerous benefits, including improved physical and mental health, stronger relationships, and a greater sense of happiness and fulfillment.
